DRAW BENCH MACHINE
This machine is use to Draw various Size and Shape bars in required Shape & Size. This is cold Drawing process . This machine comes in Automatic and Semi- Automatic varient.
ROUND BAR STRAIGHTNING
To Straight Round Bright and Black Bar this straightning machine is used , suitable for all type of grade
Fully Automated Machine can be delivered.
STRAIGHTNING MACHINE
Straightning machine is type of straighner which Straighten various Shapes and Profile bar [e.g Flat, Square, Hexagon and Profile etc.]
We deliver Section straightning also 22 Rolls straightning machine.
BULL BLOCK MACHINE
Bull Block is used to Draw all Shape and Size material [Flat Hexagon and Square] to required Shape and Size. This machine is used inly for Coil to Coil drawing process.
WIRE DRAWING MACHINE
We also deliver Wire Drawing Machine to Draw all Grade wires, of all Sizes 8 mm to 1.8 mm
WIRE / COIL GRINDING M/C
This is Online Coil Grinding process with de-scaling the coil before it passes through the main setup.
This machine replaces the shot blasting process effectively with less investment cost.
PEELING MACHINE
we deliver Peeling machine in size from 6mm to 160 mm. for Round Bar of All Grade. also it is suitable for Black as well as Bright Bar. we also deliver Fully Automatic Peeling Machine.
BUFFING/ POLISH MACHINE
This is a after process which polish the finished bar for better surface finish and precies work.
UNIVERSAL COLD ROLLING HEAD
Univesal Head is seciallly Designed unit by us for Special and Critical Shape Profile. This is Cold Drawing process, unit is attached to main setup
